Exercise more in 2018: how to make good on that New Year’s resolution

‘New Year, New Me’ is the common motto thrown around at this time of year, and after the excesses of the holiday season, many of us pledge to treat our bodies better going into the new year and resolve to start getting fit and into shape. But it can be a daunting task if you’re not sure where to begin, there’s a lot of options out there. We’re here to help point you in the direction of some excellent resources that’ll help you get your 2018 fitness goals off to a great start.

There’s many benefits to becoming healthier of course, both physically and mentally. But it can be hard to maintain them with things like work, family and many other things life can throw at you that can derail even the best intentions. But with a little bit of effort and planning, and a positive attitude towards fitness, you can achieve improvements in your daily health with even a relatively minor amount of disruption to your life. And heck, with some of the deals on at this time of year to help folk do exactly that, it doesn’t necessarily have to be a strain on your wallet either.

Humble Book Bundle: Work it Out
