Pokémon is a series that really needs no introduction. Pokémon: Let’s Go Eevee and Pikachu are essentially enhanced versions of the classic Pokémon Yellow, with either Pikachu or Eevee following after you depending on what version of the game you pick. Set in the Kanto region of the Pokémon world, the game will feature the original 151 Pokémon to fill in that childhood nostalgia, as well as bringing in the Alolan forms for newer players to the series to enjoy as well.

For the first time, players will be able to adventure through Kanto cooperatively, taking part in battles against Pokémon Trainers, and capturing wild Pokémon together, and it’s as simple as shaking the second Joy-Con.

Speaking of Joy-Cons, this game also sees us getting a brand new controller being released for the Switch: the Poké Ball Plus. It works like a Joy-Con and will light up and play sounds as you catch Pokémon in the game. Each Poké Ball Plus controller also comes with Mew, which can not be obtained through normal gameplay.
