Save $50 on the AVerMedia Live Gamer Mini and get to streaming

Are you thinking of getting into streaming? It can be a great way to connect with friends, but if you want to do it without putting undue stress on your computer, you’ll want to get a capture card! Grabbing an external capture card like the AVerMedia Live Gamer Mini will let you easily capture footage and stream from your PC and consoles, and right now, it’s $50 off at Amazon US!

Normally $129.99, Amazon US has the AVerMedia Live Gamer Mini for just $80, for a really nice $50 off. AVerMedia is one of the big brands for streaming and stands toe-to-toe with Elgato products. Compared to Elgato’s prices, the Gamer Mini is far more affordable, even when it’s not on sale. The extra $50 off just makes it even better!

Being an external capture card, there’s no need to crack open your PC set-up and put it in. You just plug it in via HDMI and go! This makes the Gamer Mini a lot easier to use with consoles, too, as you don’t need to fish around the wires in the back of your PC to plug it into the capture card.

However, this is not a 4K capture card! While you probably wouldn’t be streaming in 4K anyway, if you have a PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series console and are looking to record content, you’ll want to keep this in mind before purchasing. If you’re not worried about 4K footage, though, the AVerMedia Live Gamer Mini records and streams in 1080p and 60 FPS. There is also no latency, so you can play your games and record them without and lag issues. Overall, for just $80, it’s a great little device!

If you’re looking to get into streaming seriously, though, make sure to take care of your health! Take frequent breaks and make sure to get a computer chair that supports you. Have fun!
