Final Fantasy VII has come a long way since it’s 1997 North American release. We’ve received gaming spin-offs like Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core, Dirge of Cerberus, Final Fantasy VII Remake, and the action-packed movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.
At Sony’s State of Play in February 2021, they announced Final Fantasy VII Remake: Intergrade, and the brand new DLC episode that follows the story of Wutai’s favorite materia thief, Yuffie Kisaragi. Intergrade is basically an enhanced and expanded version of the Remake that hit shelves in 2020 bundled with Yuffie’s episode; however, due to the graphical, gameplay, and system enhancements, both Intergrade and the DLC is exclusive to the PlayStation 5.
Major updates of this game includes:
- Updated graphics, textures, lighting, and backgrounds
- Two different game modes: “Graphics Mode” which prioritizes 4K hi-res graphics and “Performance Mode” which gives you smoother action at 60 frames per second
- Enjoying battles even more by using the DualSense PS5 controller with haptic feedback integration
Final Fantasy VII Remake: Intergrade is now available for Pre-Order.
